Market your property with postcards

Step 1

Using the menu on your left, expand the Website section and click on Properties.

Step 2

Click on Postcard for the property you wish to market via postcard mailers.

Step 3

Follow the instructions on the page.

1) The property has already been selected

2) You can decide which photo to feature on your postcard

3) Select your campaign status. Is the house "For Sale" or "Sold" for example.

4) You can pick the color of the Campaign Status. Go ahead and play around with different options to see how they look.

5) How many postcards do you want sent?  We will send the postcards out to the closest residents of the property you selected.

6) If you want to receive a database of the people that received your mailers check the box.  This is a $0.15 per record fee.

7) You can change the address we will be sending the free postcard to. We default to your address and don't forget, the owner of the property being featured will also receive a copy.

8) Confirm your order and schedule your postcards to be printed, mailed, and be ready for more traffic on your website and digital business card.
