Expand the “Website” menu and click on “Properties”
If you already have properties created you will click “Add New Property”. If you do not, skip to the next step.
Enter the Basic Property Information below while also meeting the MLS requirements. If you do these steps together it will save time.
Fill in the property description. You should have this from the MLS.
Hit the “Publish Property” button.
If you already have photos to market the property you can skip ahead to step 7.
Navigate back to your “Properties” page and click “Photoshoot”
If the property is within our covered geographical area you will see a green check box.
Select the media you want to order for this property.
Schedule the photo shoot
Provide any special instructions
Property Access
Provide the emails you wish to share the photos with.
Order the photo shoot by clicking “Schedule Photoshoot”. Congratulations! By ordering photos through your Authorized platform you are saving time and money!
Add or review photos by going back to your property and clicking on the “Images” tab.
If you have your own photos, select the 3 you wish to feature by dragging and dropping the files into the 3 boxes on the screen.
Drag and drop or upload up to 16 photos at a time.
Video’s can be added by connecting to your youtube channel.
Add your Matterport if applicable.
When you are satisfied with your property, click “Publish Property”. Congratulations! Now go market your property by sending out postcards.
